A Nutritional Consultation is specific to your individual needs.
A discussion on your personal dietary history and current food consumption and history of likes and dislikes, your current health, your behaviour/attitude a review of food groups (Canada Food Guide) and their benefits and recommendations and suggestions within each food group.
The consultation then leads to a custom recommendation of several possibilities such as:
